I take a client-centered approach to treatment, seeking to highlight the unique strengths each person brings to the table. My aim is to help people learn how to be hospitable rather than exist in a state of hostility or loneliness. While we cannot change difficult situations of our past, we can work together to better understand and resolve the resulting challenges in our life. We all share a similar need to express emotions and learn new ways to cope effectively.

As a Client-Centered Therapist I believe in providing a safe and confidential space for you to discover the path for positive change in your life.

Why change the site?

I believe that our children can begin to find their way toward resilience using play therapy, which is their language. Bruce Lochner, Ph. I help them resolve their inner conflicts so that they may gain psychological freedom and enjoy all of what life has to offer them. Resolving inner conflicts removes barriers to relationships that form the basis for a coherent personal identity, relationship intimacy, and success in business and personal life. By using what happens in the therapy relationship, we can encounter, examine, and master the unconscious fears and beliefs that produce the debilitating problems which profoundly affect our lives, and thwart our goals.

My goal for each person who walks through our doors is to experience the compassionate care available in an environment that promotes safety and healing. Together, we will work to increase personal insight and motivation to change those things that are harmful, whether it be in negative relationships, feelings of hopelessness, or addictive behaviors. My specialty is with couples!

I love to talk to couples, and our sessions are fun and encouraging. Couples generally find they start enjoying their life together once again. If your significant other won't come, why not come along by yourself? Just a few things you can do may change your relationship completely. Hope is around the corner! Mark W. My clients tend to show up with the experiences they might describe as depression, anxiety, reactivity or relationship issues But when this change is a result of loss or trauma, it can sometimes appear to be more than we can bear.

I am a client-centered, cognitive behavioral-oriented therapist who works with grief, trauma, anxiety, depression, and other difficulties that keep us from thriving. I aim to create a safe environment for expression and exploration. We strive to develop collaborative and supportive relationships with our clients, in order to promote emotional wellness. As former Teachers and School Counselors, we are experienced in and enjoy working with young people, as well as people from all walks of life and socioeconomic backgrounds. I believe that having a safe, nonjudgmental place to explore options can be very helpful.

I also believe that every person, sometimes with a little encouragement, has the ability physically, mentally, or emotionally, to better themselves and their situation.
